This guide will show you how to replace both memory modules in your system. Note: If you need to access the factory memory module, the keyboard has to be removed.

Unlock and remove the battery.
Remove one screw securing the ram cover.
Under the ram cover, you can find two RAM slots.
Remove ten screws from the bottom case.
Flip over your laptop. Lift up the keyboard and disconnect the keyboard cable. You can remove the keyboard.
Remove three screws securing the palm rest.
Pry up and lift the palm rest. Disconnect the touchpad cable from the motherboard.
Remove two screws securing the speaker.
Remove one screw.
Remove the metal plate.
Remove four screws securing the heat sink.
Disconnect cooling fan cable from the motherboard.

Remove the cooling fan.
Clean cooling fan with an air-blowing or hairbrush.
Apply for new glues.
